1.Assists in designing, organizing, planning and managing the collection, evaluation, analysis,  compilation and dissemination of statistical

data on customs tariffs, rules of origin and non-tariff  measures. 

2.Assists in developing, implementing and managing statistical database(s). 

3. Assists in training and technical support on data collection programmes, country practices and  other related information.

4. Assists in the development or revision of standards on statistical concepts, definitions and  classifications by performing methodological

 research. 

5.Assists in the organization of capacity building activities and workshops. 

6. Guides, trains and supervises consultants and professional staff in the function. 

7.Performs other duties as assigned.

国际贸易中心简称ITC，是1964年3月由关税与贸易总协定 (GATT) 于日内瓦成立，而且1968年起联合国贸易与发展会议(UNCTAD)也加入共同经营。宗旨在协助发展中国家拟订实施贸易推广计划，设立促进贸易服务处，提供出口机会的情报，市场开拓技术的咨询，以及训练必要人才的服务。此外，该中心并出版多种有关产品市场调查报告与 《国际贸易论坛》季刊。
