Title: Senior Officer, Brand & Communication
Location: Chengdu
Report to: Director, Brand & Communication
能力要求
a.Develop and implement the communications strategy for programmes (comms, conservation and fundraising) ;
b.Prepare annual communication plans and budget according to the communications strategy;
c.Undertake stakeholder analyses, in collaboration with other staff, to identify key audiences for communications;
d.Working with other teams, provide communications support to fundraising around the region and for related programmes;
e.Design and implement communications campaigns and events to deliver conservation results and increase brand awareness of WWF.
f.Deliver communications activities and contents including press releases, stories, case study, images, film footage, publications, Annual reports, events, VIP visits, internal reporting etc;
g.Build and maintain the information sharing mechanism among related programmes and, programme communication department, and other peers within WWF.
h.Identify training needs for communications among programme staff and deliver appropriate means of addressing with support from teams;
i.Support the implementation of communications and conservation campaigns and events, such as Earth Hour,Panda Day;
j.Support to organize press trips related to programmes, including photo shoots and filming. Ensure that a strong set of assets is produced and shared with other WWF offices as appropriate;
k.Perform other tasks allocated by the supervisor.
l.Support Monitoring & Evaluation work by completing the communication section of the Impacts matrix and other monitoring forms as required by specific programmes.
