要求 Requirements
01语言：英语书写和口语流利；能够在各种场合清楚地表达自己的观点。IPO和IRDR计划的工作语言为英语。
Language: Fluency in written and spoken English ability to express oneself clearly in a variety of settings. The working language of the IPO and the IRDR Programme is English.
02教育程度：高年级本科生、研究生或以上学历。主修传播、（科学）新闻、公共/工商管理、国际关系或其他与减少灾害风险相关的专业者优先。
Education: Senior undergraduate students, graduate students or above. Major in communications, (science) journalism, public/business administration, international relations, or other fields related to disaster risk reduction will be an advantage.
03知识掌握：对减少灾害风险、适应气候变化和可持续发展中面临的主要问题和挑战有基本的了解，最好在这些相关主题方面有相关的传播经验。
Knowledge: A basic understanding of the main issues and challenges faced in disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and sustainable development, and preferably relevant communications experience in these related themes.
04技术技能：熟练使用软件程序，如 MS Office 套件、Adobe 套件，特别是 Acrobat、Illustrator、InDesign、Photoshop 和视频编辑软件。具有网站设计和管理经验，熟练使用社交媒体平台和其他电子通信工具。
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of software programs such as the MS Office suite, the Adobe suite, in particular Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and video editing software. Experience in website design and management, proficiency in the use of social media platforms and other electronic communication tools.
